We want every Same Frequency piece to arrive as expected. Because many of our releases are produced in limited quantities, exchanges depend on the inventory that is physically available at the time of the request.

Return Window

Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in its original condition. Items that show signs of wear, washing, alteration, damage after delivery, or other use may not be accepted.

Exchanges

We will do our best to accommodate size or color exchanges, but exchanges are subject to actual available inventory. Limited-run pieces may sell out, and we cannot guarantee that another size, color, or style will be available.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
